Since joining Houchens Food Group in 2007, Bryant has built an impressive career defined by steady advancement, strong leadership, and a deep commitment to operational excellence. She began her tenure as a Merchandising Assistant and progressed to Category Manager before most recently serving as Director of Merchandising Support.

In her previous role, Bryant played a critical part in supporting store operations, enhancing execution, and advancing key strategic initiatives across the organization. Her broad expertise spans merchandising, pricing, inventory management, and store operations, complemented by a disciplined and results-driven leadership style.

Bryant is widely respected for her ability to lead with clarity, address challenges decisively, and maintain a strong focus on performance. Her contributions have had a meaningful impact across Houchens Food Group, and she remains a dedicated advocate for operational discipline and team development.
